testddl performs some DDL changes via the EXECUTE SCRIPT capability.

This includes:

1.  Adding a new column to the primary key
2.  Dropping a column from the primary key
3.  Renaming a column that is part of the primary key
4.  Inserting new data as part of the script
5.  Updating data as part of the script

2007-03-31 - Add in a third node, and add in a series of "EXECUTE ONLY
ON" clauses.
