Description: Approximate regex index access method for PostgreSQL 18
 pg_tre provides a native index access method for fast approximate-regex
 queries over text columns. It uses a three-tier filter funnel (range bloom,
 trigram postings, per-tuple bloom) backed by the TRE library for recheck.

 Supports edit-distance k (insertions, deletions, substitutions) with
 configurable DoS protections. Requires shared_preload_libraries='pg_tre'
 for index AM functionality.
