	* edn/src/lib.rs: PEG grammar for Datalog with all find specs,
	input bindings (scalar, collection, tuple, relation), not/not-join,
	or/or-join, rules, predicates, arithmetic, ground, get-else, missing?.
	* pg_mentat/src/functions/query.rs: SQL code generator targeting
	PostgreSQL; prepared statement cache; mentat_explain for query plans.

	Storage redesign (Phase 1):
	* pg_mentat/sql/10_narrow_storage.sql: Nine narrow per-type tables
	(datoms_ref, datoms_long, datoms_double, datoms_string, datoms_bool,
	datoms_inst, datoms_kw, datoms_uuid, datoms_bytes) with covering
	indexes for EAVT/AEVT/AVET/VAET access patterns.
